My name is Jules and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and nutrition coach through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I live in Rhode Island and my daily focus is on living a healthy lifestyle through fitness, nutrition, and practicing self love. I developed my love for fitness in an attempt to recover from an eating disorder and to ease symptoms of depression and as a result I grew to love the process. Not only is it a healthy way to deal with life’s stresses, but I found it is an exciting and rewarding way to challenge yourself and strengthen your self confidence. I found that setting goals and standards for yourself and seeing results both mentally and physically is the most exciting feeling.
Over the past few years, I have served in the Army Reserves and have developed hands on training in fitness throughout the process. I have trained many girls with different goals online and in the gym to build muscle, lose weight, and to just develop a healthy relationship with their bodies and food. I love giving women the resources to feel confident in their bodies, to feel empowered, and to feel strong. I was able to completely change my relationship with myself and my body when I learned about nutrition and fitness and I would love to offer that outlet to other girls. My goal is to empower women to live confidently, fearlessly, and intentionally and to take on challenges both in and out of the gym.
